We offer all clients a remote support service which enables us to offer real-time support of any issues as and when they happen. This is totally secure and compatible with all routers, firewalls and gateways. Using the power of the Internet in this fashion means we can put a 'virtual engineer' in your office within minutes of receiving your call, we will then work with you to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently thus minimising downtime and often avoiding the need for an engineer to call.

To request a remote session please contact us to ensure that somebody is available to assist with your problem and when prompted simply click the button below and then select the option to 'open' or 'run the file from its current location'. Once the application loads you will see both an ID and a password, please provide these when prompted, this will enable us to connect to your PC. The password will change each time you run the programme, thus enhancing security even further.
