If you have a Windows 2000 or 2003 server we can offer remote management of your servers which includes:

• Weekly, fortnightly or monthly usage reports
• Server based anti-virus monitoring and reporting
• Server backup monitoring and reporting
• All server errors examined and resolved
• User management (Passwords, access rights, starters & leavers, etc.)
• Account management (Disc quotas, account lockout, server printer configuration, etc.)
• Event log analysis
• Performance recommendations

If you have additional software we may be able to provide additional reports - for example, GFI Mail Essentials provides more detailed mail reporting.
